Feb 20, 2024

Grab a slice of Wychavon Rural Fund

Feb 05, 2024

Are you in a rural area within the district of Wychavon?

Rural businesses and communities can now apply for a new round of the Wychavon Rural Fund. You need to be quick as the deadline for expressions of interest is the 26th February 2024.

The money can be used by small or micro businesses in rural areas, including farmers, to diversify into other sectors and grow tourism. The money can only be used to fund physical projects such as new buildings or renovations and not for staff or day-to day running costs.

If you need help with the planning, give us a call!

Is Class Q a postcode lottery?

Feb 02, 2024

Introduced in 2014, Class Q is the right to change the use of agricultural building to residential, without the need for planning permission.

This is subjective and councils are deciding on these cases, in some instances with completely different outcomes.

Take a look at this news article for winners and losers in the Class Q postcode lottery...
