A really useful tool to pinpoint where a building or land is situated is What3Words. When our planning consultants are chatting through a farm set up with a client and they need to get an understanding of permitted development opportunities this is a great way to ensure we are singing off the same hymn sheet.
Another useful tool to describe where your site if that may require planning or the best route to get there is Google Maps. Using satellite imagery and aerial photography this can be used when conversing with our planning consultants to describe a site and they can then advise as to the best planning strategy and use of permitted development.
