Perfect for a more detailed review of a site or project, including sites with two or three potential projects. Ideal if you want to purchase a property or site and you want to understand what the planning potential is.

- Review of local authority position, would they support your development? Check of other planning precedent in the area

Project Appraisal - Level 2 - £600 + VAT
Perfect for a more complicated site, or a site with extensive history, a multiple number of projects, or if you want strategic advice ahead of making a number of applications.
