- Fence height
- Disposal of dog faeces
- Access of people and vehicles to site
- Traffic predictions
- Statement of business
- Insurance
- Wildlife reports
- Flood reports
Most local authorities will support Farm diversification and new rural enterprise projects, but you will need to give consideration to the impacts of noise and traffic and make sure the location is appropriate.
