Agricultural Buildings and Farmyard Planning Permission
After renting land for many years, our clients were able to invest in 60 acres and required agricultural buildings and a farmyard in order to set up their farming base and ensure their business remained viable and secure.
One of the main constraints of the site was that it was within the Cotswolds AONB which needed a good deal of input from us, and others, to ensure we could demonstrate that the impact on the AONB would be minimal.
We managed to get three useful sized cattle, storage and workshop buildings approved and allowed our clients to establish their new farming base.
