Justin recently completed another successful application for our client in Worcestershire.
Our client has an existing agricultural unit which extends to just over 5.3ha used for the production of hay and grazing. Their existing storage space is small and not sufficient to meet the needs of the holding. They required additional undercover storage space primarily for hay produced on the holding, and for ancillary agricultural items and equipment.
An application was made for prior approval for erection of an agricultural building and hardstanding.
The council determined prior approval is not required for the proposal.
