Glamping Lodges Planning Permission
Our clients wanted to develop a farm diversification enterprise that would help to generate some extra income for the farm, as well as creating employment for family members. The farm is in an amazing location with views across the Malvern Hills; developing guest accommodation fitted perfectly.
The Rural Planning Co helped to assess the feasibility of different options, while Richard designed and built the lodge himself. We negotiated with Malvern Hills District Council throughout the planning process, ultimately achieving planning permission for a stunning proposal.

The site is in an isolated location adjacent to the AONB of Malvern Hills which places great weight on the impact of the development.
We had to demonstrate that the proposal did not have a detrimental impact on the AONB, along with a range of other practical considerations which had to be overcome.
