Yesterday, we headed over to the beautiful Wyre Forest for our first team alignment day of the year. We were kindly hosted by Jess who heads up the Customer Service at The Rural Planning Co and is lucky enough to live a stones throw from the forest and some fabulous walks.
After working through our targets and goals for 2026, and working through a pathway to achieving these goals, we headed out for some much needed fresh air!
The day finished with one fairly clean labrador, two very dirty spaniels and a hilarious, completely impromptu team-building exercise for Adam and Nicola at the rather fancy dog washing facility at the Wyre Forest Centre....we really wish we had photos of that...
