Enjoy being at work. We love and enjoy the countryside environment. Not only are most of our projects in rural settings, so are our offices. Based on a farm near Hartlebury, Worcestershire, we enjoy dog walks at lunchtime and far too much cake.

Create your balance. Spend a few weeks in the office getting to know the ropes, then work from home a day or two per week if it suits you. In most roles we can also offer semi flexible hours. Think about what else you can fit in - family, childcare, exercise...
