    DOING THE RIGHT THING

As a team we will choose one charity per year to raise money for, aiming to complete one charity event together as a team.

COMPETITIVE SALARY PLUS ENHANCED PENSION AND FINANCIAL ADVICE

We offer an enhanced pension contribution which increases per year of employment. Statutory pension contributions are 3%, we offer 5% as standard and from starting. Thereafter we offer an additional 1% each year of employment up to a total of 8% employer contributions. You can manage this through NEST or we have an arrangement with St James Place as follows:

  • Have a personal Pension (instead of NEST)
  • You can opt to increase your own contributions
  • Option to 'Salary Sacrifice' which means:
    • You save National Insurance
    • We can put the Employer's NI into the pension to top up
  • You can consolidate any other pensions into this one
  • You can choose how your Pension is managed - level of risk
  • Your investments are actively managed
  • All of this can be chosen after an initial free meeting with a Financial Adviser from St James' Place who can talk you through the Pensions options, and if you choose to proceed, you can also benefit from free financial advice from a Financial Adviser at an individual and personal level, and with your families.
